Initial consultation

We’ll work through a detailed assessment that takes into account not only your diet and health concerns, but also your lifestyle and day-to-day routines. With this information, I can prepare a plan that is completely tailored to your goals.

 

Functional clinical assessment

In this session we’ll review progress, assess your program and go deeper into where changes and support are still needed to ensure your body is balanced and functioning optimally by carrying out a specialised assessment.

Clinical testing

The use of advanced clinical tools such as complete microbiome mapping and food sensitivity testing to develop a personalised protocol to restore gut function, and resolve the most complicated gastrointestinal issues.
