What is functional nutrition?
Those symptoms that your body is showing right now are signals that your system is out of balance. While other approaches simply encourage you to suppress those symptoms with medication as a band-aid, functional nutrition instead sees them as clues for understanding the underlying root causes within your body.
Using nutritional evaluation tools, I can determine where those imbalances and deficiencies are. Once we know what’s really going on in your body, we can then bring alignment back in and get it functioning optimally once more.
