I’m Katie – Functional Nutritionist, women’s health expert and passionate wellbeing advocate

That’s because a balanced, healthy life begins in your gut, so the food we use to fuel our minds and nourish our bodies matters. Without it, we can’t turn up and contribute as the person we hope to be, for ourselves, for our loved ones or for the world around us. 

But while food is important, the right diet will have its best impact when combined with a healthy, balanced life. That’s why, as a holistic nutritionist, I consider the whole picture. That means looking beyond your diet, to also consider your lifestyle - stress, sleep, movement - and how it impacts on your mind, body and emotional wellbeing.
